HISTORY

1963 - Creation of A1 Location Inc. (A1 Rent-A-Tool Inc.)

1964 - Relocation of the branch from 5742 Décarie to 5204 Décarie, Montreal, with a surface area of 5000 sq. ft.

1996 - Relocation of the Mtl. branch to 6015 Côte-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, doubling the area to 10,000 sq. ft.

2000 - Purchase of the rights, titles and interests of the 4 branches of "Location d'outils Québec".

2001 - Opening of the Laval branch at 2230 Boul. des Laurentides, Laval

2013 - Change of company name to A1 Equipment Rentals Inc. / Location d'outils A1 Inc.

2014 - Relocation of the Saint-Laurent branch (parent company) to 6555 Côte-de-Liesse, with a surface area of more than 30,000 sq. ft.

2019 - Relocation of the Laval branch from 2230 Boul. des Laurentides to 1275 Boul. des Laurentides, with a surface area of 12,000sq.ft.

2019 - Rental of a warehouse in Montreal of more than 7,000 sq. ft. for the storage of certain site heating units.

2020 - Expansion of the Saint-Laurent branch by 10,000 sq. ft.
